All products are subject to availability and confirmation of order acceptance.

Silvens stands behind the authenticity of its materials:

• Gold items are genuine gold
• Silver items are genuine silver

Minor variations in finish or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice, due to changes in metal rates or market conditions.

Payment methods

For customers within Pakistan:

• Cash on Delivery is available for orders of Rs. 25,000 or less
• For orders above Rs. 25,000, our team will contact you to arrange advance payment. This is subject to your agreement and our own internal checks before the order is confirmed

For international customers:

• Prepaid payment is required for all orders

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed, where applicable.

Silvens reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors
• Cancel an order suspected of fraudulent activity
• Cancel an order due to stock unavailability

If a confirmed payment has already been made in any of these cases, it will be refunded.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. While we aim to deliver within our estimated timeframes, delays can happen because of:

• Courier service issues
• Customs clearance for international orders
• Public holidays or other circumstances outside our control

Once an order has been dispatched, Silvens is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

We aim to keep our returns and refunds process fair and transparent. In general:

• Refunds are issued after applicable making and service charges are deducted
• Exchanges for gold items are calculated based on net weight equivalency
• Silver returns or exchanges are adjusted based on applicable weight calculations

Returned products must be in original, unused condition and may be inspected before a return or exchange is approved.

Custom or personalised jewellery has limited eligibility for return or refund, since these pieces are made specifically to your request. Specific terms for custom orders are set out on our Shipping and Returns page.

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, and images on our website accurate. However, colour and finish may appear slightly different on screen due to photography, lighting, and individual device or screen settings, and intricate or complicated designs may show minor natural variation since each piece is handcrafted.

If we discover an error, inaccuracy, or omission in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or amend any order affected by that error.

By placing an order with Silvens, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.

All content on the Silvens website, including logos, product images, descriptions, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Silvens. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

Silvens is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Losses resulting from misuse of our products
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
