About
Silvens is the online brand of Al-Wali Jewellers, an established family jewellery business in Lahore. Jewellery has been part of our family’s working life for generations, building their experience through the same trade. That experience covers more than selling jewellery. Our family works with gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones, with hands-on experience in designing, manufacturing, finishing, polishing, and repairing jewellery. Silvens brings that practical knowledge online for customers who want real materials, clear information, and someone they can reach when they have a question.

Our Roots and Experience
Jewellery has been our family's work for generations, carried through our physical shop, Al-Wali Jewellers, in Canal Bank Housing Scheme, Lahore. It isn't a business we entered recently. Gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones have passed through this family's hands long before online shopping existed.
Working directly with metal and stone teaches things a catalog never can. We buy and sell gold and silver in solid form, design pieces in-house, manufacture them, and repair what customers bring back, sometimes years later. That full cycle of sourcing, making, selling, and repairing shaped how we understand quality, fair pricing, and what actually holds up over time.
“The lesson that stayed with us is simple: customers return when honesty stays consistent, not when a sale is loud”.
Why Silvens Exists Today
A physical shop builds trust one customer, one conversation at a time. Silvens exists to carry that same trust further than a single counter in Lahore can reach.
We're not chasing rapid growth. The goal is steady growth built on clear pricing, real materials, and service that doesn't disappear after checkout. Pakistan remains our primary focus for now, with international customers in mind as the brand grows. The same materials, knowledge, and craftsmanship standards apply either way.
What We Stand For
For us, quality isn't only about the metal stamped on a piece. It's about who made it and how.
Every item, whether silver, gold, or set with a gemstone, comes from people who understand sourcing, finishing, and wear, because that's the work our family has done directly, not outsourced or assumed. A piece should feel right in hand today and hold up years from now.
That standard doesn't change based on price point.
Craftsmanship and Custom Work
Our jewellery is made using a combination of traditional handwork and machine-assisted processes, depending on the design. Some pieces require detailed hand finishing, while others benefit from machinery for precision and consistency. We work with both approaches as part of our own jewellery manufacturing experience.
Custom jewellery is also part of what we do. Customers can discuss a design, make adjustments, or request a piece based on specific requirements. We can also guide customers through weight estimates, materials, and the production process before work begins.
Jewellery repair is another part of our work. If a piece needs attention after purchase, customers can contact us, and we will guide them through the next steps.
Our Customers
In Pakistan, Silvens is for customers who want authentic silver jewellery and gold jewellery with clear information, fair pricing, and direct support. Our connection to Al-Wali Jewellers means the knowledge behind Silvens comes from a working jewellery business with hands-on experience in materials, manufacturing, finishing, polishing, and repair.
As Silvens grows internationally, the same approach will remain important. Customers should know what they are buying and have a real team they can contact when they need help.
Transparency and Support
We'd rather answer a question honestly than avoid it. For quick answers to common questions, our FAQ page covers the basics. Before an order, after delivery, about materials, sizing, or a repair, reach out and expect a direct answer, not a script.
Looking Ahead
Silvens isn't built around a trend cycle. The plan is the same one that's kept Al-Wali Jewellers running for years. Build trust first, and let growth follow from that, not the other way around.
