Shipping within Pakistan

Items in stock are usually delivered within three to four working days.

Items that require preparation or customization may take six to seven working days.

Custom or made to order jewelry may take ten to thirteen working days.

We provide regular updates through WhatsApp or email to keep you informed about your order.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations including the USA, UK, and Europe.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier services, usually ranging between fourteen to seventeen days.

Notification for Exchanges or Returns

If you wish to request an exchange or return, please notify us within three days of receiving your order.

The notification period starts from the next day after delivery.

Send a message with photos and complete details of the item so our team can guide you through the process.

Return Timeframe

Gold Jewelry Refund and Exchange

  • Making charges and polishing costs are not included in refunds

  • Final refund value is calculated based on net material weight and current rate, with a very little percentage deduction

Silver Jewelry Refund

  • Silver jewelry is evaluated based on material value

  • Making and polishing costs are not included

  • Refund is calculated after evaluation of net silver value

Diamond and Gemstone Policy

Diamonds may be evaluated based on resale value depending on condition and market factors.

Gemstones are not eligible for standard refunds. Each case is reviewed individually.

Custom or Personalized Jewelry

Custom or personalized jewelry is prepared specifically for you.

  • Refunds are based on material value only

  • Making polishing and labor costs are not included

  • Once the design is approved and production begins, cancellation or changes may result in deductions based on work already completed

  • We recommend reviewing all details carefully before placing a custom order

Deductions for Making and Finishing

For certain items, minor handling, polishing, and making charges may be deducted when processing returns or refunds.

These adjustments ensure fair evaluation and maintain product quality standards.

Price Adjustment Policy

Precious metal prices change based on market conditions.

Refunds for gold and silver are calculated using the current market rate at the time of processing.

This may result in a higher or lower refund amount compared to the original purchase price.

Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for both exchanges and refunds.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping tracking details until the item is received by our team.

If an item is received damaged or defective, Silvens will handle the return and resolution process.
